Deli Supervisor/2IC

Position – Full time
Salary – $50,000 – $55,000 per year plus super

We looking for a Deli Supervisor/2IC to assist our Deli Manager with the day to day running of an outstanding department. This position is well suited to those interested in kickstarting their retail management career.

• Permanent – Full time position with rotational weekend work (Every 2nd Saturday and some public holidays)
• Attractive base salary + 11% superannuation

Successful Applicant will have a proven track record of,

• Deli & Fresh Seafood Experience
• Delivering excellent quality and service standards.
• Working well in a team environment.
• Basic sales, gross profits and wage control understanding
• Willing to learn and completing monthly stocktakes.
• Maintaining department invoicing and clerical procedures.
• Controlling ordering and stock to an acceptable level relevant to department sales.
• Maintaining store pricing and ticketing.
• Maintaining the appearance and layout of department.
• Ensuring all cleaning schedules are maintained.

Home Delivery Assistant

We are looking for a reliable HOME DELIVERY assistant to join the team at Fairleys! This role will require you to take orders over the phone as well as on an ipad. The orders will need to be filled in a timely manner for our delivery team to deliver for our customers.

– FULL TIME POSITION
– Hours are Monday 6am to 2:30pm and Tues-Fri 7am to 3:30pm
– Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) is required.
– Clear and legible handwriting is essential for this role!

Our desired applicant will be:
– A fast learner or have good knowledge of our products
– Able to move at a fast pace to complete orders
– Able to problem solve when issues arise
– Have good phone manner and the ability to build a rapport with our customers
– Be tech savy and able to use the ipad to pack orders
– Comfortable to work independently but able to ask for help if they require it.
