OUR NEW ONLINE SHOPPING IS NOW LIVE!

We have updated our online shopping offer with a new platform that has been designed specifically for our store. What this will mean for you is: an increased range of the products you see instore will now be available online, greater details on products such as ingredients, nutritional information and allergens along with an enhanced product search functionality and much more!

Our existing system has ceased operation as of September 08 2023. If you had previously registered on the ‘old system’ you will have received an email with instructions as to how to access our new platform. If you have not received this, please check your spam/junk folder.

To help those who can’t get to our store and do not wish to use our online shopping, we will continue to offer our online order form and home delivery service. Please note this is not a complete online shopping system, however will enable you to order goods from our store using the secure form below. We will always endeavour to supply all the products you have ordered, however some products may not be available due to supply issues.

Note: You will be charged exactly the same amount for each product as you would pay in store. Our specials run from Wednesday – Tuesday and prices for your order are charged on the day of delivery, not the day of placing your order. Therefore there may be some variance in pricing of advertised specials.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order using the online form below. To order we need to know your contact details, delivery address and obviously your order! We have divided the form into different departments to make it easier for you to order but also for our team to pick and pack you order. When listing the items in your order, please type each item on a new line ie:

Western Star Butter 500g
Full Cream Milk 2 litres
Greek Yoghurt 500g

When ordering please try to give us as much information about the product you want. As per example above Western Star Butter 500g, etc – If you are not concerned about the brand of product or exact size then please just describe the product – ie Yoghurt small tub, etc.

Where do you deliver?

At this time we deliver to a 20km radius of the store. If you are outside this radius, pelase contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

What days do you deliver?

We currently deliver Monday – Friday. If your order is urgent and requires weekend delivery please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery within the 10km radius of the store is $7.00, 10 – 15kn $10 and 10 – 15km is $15. For delivery outside of this areas, please contact us for details.

PLEASE NOTE: WE PREFER TO PACK YOUR ORDER IN BOXES, IF YOU REQUIRE REUSABLE PLASTIC BAGS A FEE OF 15c PER BAG WILL BE APPLIED. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO NOMINATE YOUR PREFERENCE ON THE ORER FORM.

Is there a minimum order required?

The minimum order required for delivery is $50. If you feel your order is unlikely to be $50 or more, then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

How do I pay for the order?

Once we have picked, packed and totalled your order we will call you and take payment over the phone via credit/debit card.

NOTE: FOR YOUR OWN SECURITY DO NOT EMAIL US YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

How do I receive my order?

Wherever possible we are minimising any contact in line with health guidelines. We will alert you by knocking at the door/doorbell and will leave your order where you can easily access ir or as described on your order form.

Can I Click And Collect?

You are welcome to place and order and collect it from the store. We will pick, pack and have your order ready to collect. For orders of $50 or more this is a free service, for orders under $50 a fee of $4.95 applies. To Click And Collect your order simply tell us when you want to collect your order in the delivery/collection instructions field below.
